Success Cases
For certain customer products, shrink wrapping was notdesired to ensure ease of use in stores. However, thesupplier did not fully understand this requirement, as theyhad never produced without shrink wrap before. Duringproduction oversight, customer noticed in a photo weshared that shrink wrapping had started. The issue wascorrected immediately. Had the process continuedincorrectly, 8,000 cartons would have been producedwrongly, resulting in thousands of dollars in additional costs.

Customer was very satisfied with the products they werepurchasing; however, breakages were occurring duringtransportation. Due to high labor costs in the U.S., they wereunable to find an effective solution. We stepped into theprocess and ensured that a special packaging solution wasimplemented by the supplier. The issue was resolved, andfor nearly three years now, customer has continued topurchase these products safely and cofidently.

A customer wanted to source products from Turkiye but hadnot previously worked with the supplier. The supplier, on theother hand, was not willing to ship the products withoutreceiving payment in advance.To support both parties, a site visit was conducted at thesupplier’s facility. We attended the production on thescheduled manufacturing day and supervised the process.Samples were taken directly from the production line andsent to the customer for evaluation.After the customer approved the samples, payment wascompleted, and the supplier proceeded with loading andshipment of the goods.
